We are getting OD erros like :
ERROR: Couldn't get access from [/iwmnt/default/main/abc/
[/iwmnt/default/main/****.com/ukbusiness/EDITION/ed_0306/public/ukbusiness/secondary_content/groups/en/shp16.jhtml]

Can somebody help us resolving this issue please?

You say TeamSite 5.2.1 - is that accurate or a typo?
I believe that OpenDeploy 5.6.0 is compatible with TeamSite 5.0.1, 5.0.2, 5.5.2, and will be compatible with TeamSite 6.0 (with OpenDeploy 5.6 SP1 installed).
In previous versions of OpenDeploy 5.5.x you needed to specify the TeamSite version in the BaseServer configuration file in the teamsiteProperties element, though I think that was deprecated in OpenDeploy 5.5.1 SP2

Please verify the version of TeamSite you are using - and also verify whether the person initiating the deployment has access to the file/folder/edition/branch that you are trying to access.

Sorry! It was a typo, the current version is 5.0.1. The deployment is run using an account which has access to all the branches/content.
