I am getting the following preview error on preview, any help and suggestions is appreciated.

Template Preview And Generate Error:

The following error occured while creating file /.iwmnt/default/main/mastercard.com/UnitedKingdom/WORKAREA/DEVELOPMENT/zz_tst_arlim1t_lock:
No permission to write file

The templated file was not generated.

I'm not sure of the cause - but the suspicious part of that output is that it is trying to write files through /.iwmnt/ rather than through /iwmnt/ (no '.'). Do you know if this is something explicitly configured at your site and whether you can change it?

I am sure we dont have any configuration that specifies to write it to /.iwmnt.

Our Environment here is:

OS: Solaris
Teamsite: 5.5.2 Build 9036 Interwoven 20020608

Could you let me know if there is a way to fix this issue or a way to make it write to /iwmnt instead of /.iwmnt.

on Win2k...

in templating.cfg, for this specific template entry there is a preview directory, usually something like / or /temp. There may be an xtra . in there by mistake. Are other templated pages previewing correctly? Or is this a global issue?
