'No file or directory found' error on Preview
skbaker
Our Preview function has been working fine for weeks, but yesterday we started getting weird results. When we click the Preview button, and the browser window opens, instead of seeing the preview, we sometimes see this error message:
Template Preview And Generate Error:
No file or directory found
If we hit refresh on the browser window, it loads properly. This does not happen on every preview -- it is happening at random times, and for several different users.
Any ideas what would be causing this?
We're running TS 5.5.2 on AIX

Hi,
We get the same thing when are previewing. In our case the preview is directed to run a perl script which redirects to a JSP. When two previews are perfomed simultaneously we get the error in one of the preview windows:
Template Preview And Generate Error:
No file or directory found
Any ideas how we can maybe capture where this error is taking place? Obviously there is some kind of conflict.
Any idea's would help.
Thanks,
Jeremy

We are still getting the error, though not as frequently as we used to. Your statement that it happens when two previews are executed at the same time makes sense, because our team has gotten smaller lately, and therefore there are fewer chances for concurrent previews.
I'm afraid I don't have any ideas for pursuing this. Good luck, though.

We never did figure this out. It still happens but not that often. Haven't heard from anyone from Interwoven so don't know if they are aware of this, or if they are just keeping quiet about it!
Sorry can't help you.

I checked around a little, and this is not a familiar issue to people. As a result, please contact tech support with the specifics of your problem so we can take a look at it.
