About workflow questions

Hi I am a new teamSite beginner and I want to create a workflow that end user can create
a doucment by a template form(what's different from TeamSite Template Workflow template
and template when I select File->new file)and he can select reviewers or approvers at the
same time. Then submit the document for review(how can reviewer receive the document via
mail. I follow the workflow administrator guide, but I can't receive any mail. Does anybody
tell me how to setup) or approve, thanks

You might want to try posting this in the Workflow forum, also there is not really enough information here to give advice.
I think you are asking about how to have your workflow send email to the reviewers? IWOV is about to release a new WF Developer's guide. I'll post a notice on how to download it once it is released.
