Front Office and XP

Hi,

I'm new to TeamSite and we have not yet managed to install FrontOffice on our server successfully yet, so haven't had a chance to do any testing.

Does Front Office work with XP yet?

I noted an earlier post from last year in which there was a suggestion that there would be a new version that supported XP.

Hi Kerryn,

Front-Office 5.5.2 is NOT certified to work with Windows/Office XP. However, the TFO 5.6 release will have full XP support as well as internationlization support meaning it can run on multibyte client OS'es as well as handing of international charater sets. It is due to release either today or early next week.

As you know TFO comes free as part of TeamSite. You just need to make sure that all users a licensed TeamSite users. Feel free to contact me with any further questions or concerns.
