Hi.
we are trying to deploy some content from one TS Area on the dev TS server to another TS area on the Production TS Server. Is there a way to persist the metadata instead of setting the metadata on the destination server?

Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

Currently with OD you need to use DNRs to extract metadata from the source TeamSite and to set the metadata on the target TeamSite.

There's an open FR (#23622) for being able to deploy files and their associated metadata between TeamSites.
