Hi,

I am going through the following article.

If i navitagated down to particular datatype in category then if i say new DCR does it will open directly that dct rather again naviting ???

Does any body implemented this ???

Currently that functionality isn't implemented in Teamsite

I don't think the built-in function detects that. But if it is very important to achieve the featuere, you can probably create a custom menu item that executes a cgi and use CCI to open the DCT that is in the current directory the user is in. Users will have to use the custom-menu-item instead of the "New Data Record" menu.
