not a mingled file

HI-
When trying to use iwgen with a template, dcr and file location, I get an error message "not a mingled file". What does this mean?

I got this error once. I found that for some odd reasons that particular DCR was not getting Extended Attributes set for it. I manually added the attributes by iwextattr and it resolved the issue.
