GENEARTION OF MANY HTM USING SINGLE DCR

vinylrecord

hi all,

can anyone give me clue as to how to proceed,

I have a generic cfg contaning, fields like image name, image, image text, using replicants,
the user can enter any number of them, but the htm output i know can support only say 5 such fields, i dont want to make the page scrollable..
so, how can i make sure by writing the code in tpl using perl.. that first 5 images are displayed in one page, next in other html page...i can hard code the name of the other generated pages, that is not an issue.

any help..
WHERE can i find iwpt_ostream command?

thanks

I could't find "iwpt_ostream" tag in that location. I would appreciate if you let me know how can I use attrs inside iwpt_ostream tag.
for ex: If I use iw_ostream tag outside of the iw_perl tag, it will be like this: <iw_ostream file='zzz/b.html'>
If I want to use the same tag inside iw_perl tag, How can I do that.. Any help is appreaciated.

Thanks.

It's not iwpt_ostream - it's iw_ostream, or more specifically: TeamSite: Smiley Tongue

T::iw_ostream - which is clearly mentioned on the aforementiond page/link. Look again.

Thanks for your immediate reply. I know about iw_ostream tag, I thought, we also have iwpt_ostream tag just like iwpt_include.

Thanks,

I think the confusion came over your use of the word tag. There is no tag iwpt_ostream. However, if you take a look at the documentation (at the URL that fish provided) in the section on TeamSite:T::iw_perl, you should see documentation on the routines iwpt_get_ostream_name(), iwpt_set_ostream_name(), iwpt_set_ostream_data() and iwpt_get_ostream_data().

They should get you on your way to what you want to accomplish, I would think.
