multiple language support

Can someone point me how to support multiple languages like arabic in DCT's or if I enter arabic content into the DCT will the generated html page show up content in arabic. how does this work any help will be appreciated.

UTF-8 should handle arabic as well... So what is the issue? have you tried to enter arabic and it did not work?
