LaunchPad missing permissions, IE6

TSv5.5, IE6
...one of our users is getting the attached error everytime she tries to edit a flat file. Has anyone seen this before, or have any suggestions on how to fix?

This may be way off the mark, but it was something that I came accros this morning. Do all of your users see the temasite interface the way this user does. Specifically, with all of the browser buttons and the address bar. If our users login to http://teamsite they would get the buttons as your user does. AND they have permissions issues. However, if the users login to http://tamsite/iw a new window is launched without all the buttons etc, and there are no permissions issues. The browser interface isn't the issue, just the indicator of the way the user logged in.

Good thoughts, thanks, Matt! Everyone sees the interface the way this user does... and I just found out what the problem was... one of the Internet Options (Advanced Tab) -- "Use Java 2 v1.31_03 for applet" was checked. When it was unchecked, problem solved.
