Permission for Webcontent on TS Server

Hi All,
I had a directory like this and this is accessible for some people who belongs to that group and not to other if they don't belong to that group as N/A in the TS GUI.
drwxrws--- 5 sindhu core 512 Nov 25 11:32 core

But the problem i am facing is the person who is not having having access to this folder is able to delete the folder,because he is having the access to the above folder of this. How to see the workaround for this for not to delete the inside foleder which he is not having access even he had the access to the upper folder.

STRUCTURE:

ems(Branch)------>yes access
ems(workarea)-------->yes access
workgroups(Directory)------>yes access
core(Directory)---->No access

In teamsite upto workarea level you can control security privilages using teamsite. so the workgroup, and core directory privilages can be controlled using your NT security privilages. I assume that you using NT. Try it and see.

Thank you for the reply. My OS is Solaris 8.0. I had set the UNIX level permissions for owner and group with rwx but the user who is not in that group but who is in the above group is able to do this.
