Teamportal deployment error

When I run the portal_hourly teamportal deployment, I get the following error in the log:

ENG: 2003-05-07 15:55:06 EST GMT-05:00 Thread-8 Send attributes to receiver, RC
= 0
ENG: 2003-05-07 15:57:06 EST GMT-05:00 Thread-8 ***ERROR - Read attributes from
receiver failed, got null.
ENG: 2003-05-07 15:57:06 EST GMT-05:00 Thread-8 exiting setup

What could cause this?

On a wild guess - maybe your OpenDeploy Receiver is not running? Or it's not configured to listen to the same port that you are trying to send to?
