Timeout when regenerating?
ocar
When I regenerate pages in TeamSite (5.52) on my computer I get a timeout. If I log in to another computer and do the same stuff it works fine.
Both machines are running W2000 and IE 6.0. Reboot, clear cache, delete cookies does not help.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

there were some posts about this regarding a cgi timeout issue, but that wouldn't explain the different PCs. Do you get an error message, or does the screen just stay gray?
Did you attempt to regenerate the same files...specifically and the same number of files?
Are these two machines on the same network? With the same connection?
Are you able to duplication the issue, or was it a network hiccup?
Are you doing this through the GUI? do you have the same issues with a CLT?

Hi
When clicking on the Generate button it starts to render very slow for like 10-15 minutes. Then "page can not be displayed" is shown.
Yes we tried to generate the same files on another computer, and it works fine. It has been like this for several days so I'll quess it wasn't a network hiccup.
The computers are on the same network, and the connection has been working fine the whole time.
All this is done through the GUI. I have not tried a CLT.

Are the browsers the same (vendor, version, patches, option settings)?
Is the memory / cpu of the two systems [roughly] the same?
