What the staus at Interwoven and installing your products on Windows Server 2003? Have you or are you in the procees of regression testing on the release version?

TeamSite Server support for Windows Server 2003 is in plan. It will be included in a TeamSite Server upgrade release. Targeted availability in first half 2004.

Given that .NET framework is built-in to Windows 2003, and it isn't yet supported,. Is the .NET framework supported on TeamSite servers now? (We're on 5.5.2)

TeamSite doesn't make use of the .NET framework so there's no reason to "support" from a testing or QA standpoint.

However, we do "support" .NET from a development and integration of TeamSite functionality into .NET applications.

You can code in .NET supported languages (C#, VB, etc...) and use the ContentServices (CS) SOAP SDK to integrate TeamSite functionality into .NET applications. ContentServices is a web-service interface to TeamSite, so you can take the Web Service Description Language (WSDL) files in CS, auto-generate .NET code, and then use SOAP-XML/HTTP for communication with the TS server.

You can do this in TS 5.5.2 using CS 1.1, and with the upcoming TS 6.0 and the significantly larger CS 2.0 SDK.

Thanks. Is ContentServices SDK 1.1 an add-on that must be purchased, or is it an included/optional tool like Front Office?

Hi Julia,

ContentServices SDK isn't included with TeamSite, but it *is* included with the Developer Suite. Since your organization owns a Dev Suite license, you can dowload CS SDK from our Support site at any time!
