Call iwjobc from ASP.NET

I am trying to replace the TS workflow with an ASP.NET workflow. I am able to impersonate the call to executables from ASP.NET (I think), so that it's not the ASPNET worker process calling the iwjobc.exe. The concept is proven on other executables. I can set the extended attributes from the ASP.NET and it will show modified by the user, and not the ASPNET. However, iwjobc.exe just won't take it. Does anyone have the same problem? How did you solve it?
