Can we submit the files simultaneously to the workareas of sub-branches and deploy them on servers throught the workflows?

Yes you can, but it's not a trivial matter.

The workflow would have to fork into concurrent tasks (or concurrent nested workflows), each task would have to have a different areavpath, you would need to use updatetasks (or your own custom scripts) to copy the content from the original branch/workarea to the other branches/workarea, then you could have a submittask in each of the concurrent flows and an externaltask that performs a deployment for each of the flows.

Draw diagrams, document ideas and assumptions, have at least one other person review it - then implement.
