error importing file

While uploading the files (images) in a large number (say 20-30) I am getting a file importing error :
Error receiving file transfer result from 'http://xxxxxx/iw-bin/iwfileupdownload.cgi'.
java.io.IOException - cms.adidas.com:80//iw-bin/iwfileupdownload.cgi
