setVisible problem on container

In FormAPI setVisible(false) for a container element used to work good in TS 5.5.2.
I imported my script to TS 6.0 and it does not work well now.
Any ideas?

Can you be more specific? You mentioned that "it does not work well now" -- does that mean that it doesn't make the container invisible at all, or only under some situations?

It doesn't make the container invisible now.
I can make an item invisible individually. But not a container.
