VisualFormat: CleanHTML clears all text

When pasting text from Microsoft Word 2000, cleanHTML is invoked and asks if it should clean. If choosing yes - all text is removed. Also, if choosing cleanHTML manually by right-clicking, all text is removed (Also if text is not pasted in from word, but entered directly into VisualFormat) Any Ideas?
