Is Front-Office included with my TeamSite purchase or is an additional purchase? If I have it, how do I get started installing, configuring, and using it? Thanks.

TFO is part of the TeamSite product. You should probably check out the TFO documentation, available here on the support site:

If you are on 552 SP3 you want TFO 5.6.0. Be sure you check out the compatibility information here:

This information should at least get you started on install and configuration.

However you should check with your local sales critter. Since it initially was a seperate product, if you purchased TS back then, they will require you to purchase it. We had to.

So find out from the sales team or from the PO your company issued.

From my past experience in the field, FrontOffice was typically a separate purchase. Most customers buy a whole package (not just TeamSite) which may include FrontOffice.
I don't think people in this forum can tell what you purchased. Your best bet would be to contact your sales rep or check your contract.
Or you can check the support site, if you purchased it, you should be able to download it.

You should be able to download all FrontOffice manuals from the support site (http://support.interwoven.com), which includes information on installation, basic configuration, etc. That would be a good starting point.

Thanks for reminding me that depending on WHEN you purchased TeamSite, TFO may (or may not) be included. Do check with your sales representative.
