TS6 - Duplicate WF Comments

We are experiencing duplicate comments in our WorkFlows with TeamSite 6. It seems to show the comment for the user and then again the same comment for the system.

For Example:

DCR Complete!! [WEBDEV\tsadmin: 11/24/03 2:58:01 PM ]
DCR Complete!! [SYSTEM: 11/24/03 2:58:05 PM ]

Any ideas why this could be happening?

Is there an external task running after the User task? If so, it's probably not specifying a comment on its callback, so TS is just using the same comment. I've seen this on pre-6.0 versions. Haven't had a chance to play with 6.0 yet

You might also try to correspond the timestamps on the comments with events in the event log (IWHOME\local\logs\iwevents.log.
