I have a wierd problem. DD doesn't throw any error yet doesn't deploy to DB.

Kindly check your datadeploy configuration file and ensure that update-type="standalone" is set ?

delete-tracker="yes"
use-oci="yes"
timeout="60"
update-type="standalone"
