I saw a sample how to convert WSDL 1.1 stubs into, say .NET.

Before i started digging deep, has anibody attempted to create perl interface to CSSDK?

We have not tried it here in-house. But these guys talk about perl -soap http://www.soaplite.com/
Theoretically it should be easy enough to generate Perl bindings using wsdl. Sorry not of much help.
