Configuring IIS SMTP

Hi All,

I am trying to test some e-mail capability in workflow. I am using a laptop as a development/testing environment. I have SMTP working (through IIS), but I need to know how to check this mail through the outlook express mail client. Any ideas on how to set this up. Also, do you know what setting needs to be present in iw.cfg?

The SMTP service that you can install with IIS is just a relay, not an actual mail server. It still requires an e-mail server such as Exchange. So with this environment you wouldn't be able to check it through Outlook Express. I'm sure you could find a free POP based e-mail server on TUCOWS or something like that. That would allow you test send and check e-mail all from the same laptop.
