Install as part of server build

Linux OS is new as part of our infrastructure. We are in the process of packaging OpenDeploy to be installed as part of the server build. Problem is that our process installs all of the packages just after being kickstarted, box has no hostname. OpenDeploy installation then inbeds in several files localhost.localdomain.

Can the hostname be passed to the installations script? Does the installation use the hostname command to get the name information?

FYI... our build team changed their process so that the software installs following the initial reboot.
