New Data Record window hangs
msuzuki
I just installed TS 5.5.2.. and when I go to file then new data record - the popup only displays the following in it's title bar:
/iw/webdesk/templating/TmplChooserServlet?iw_ch
with a totally blank screen... And just hangs....
templating.cfg is correctly formatted and tested on another env.

Kindly specify the complete TeamSite Environment, Service Packs, Operating Systems...
Also check servlet logs files on TeamSite Server.

I doubt this issue may be you have Browser templates and you are opening them using the Java templating UI(or may be the other way) . Try it by changing the templating UI
View > Templating UI
Hope that helps!

It turned out to be the Templating 5.5.2. Service Pack 5. It had not installed properly (some files were locked and the installer failed)...
