Can anybody tell me how to trigger a workflow from a CGI form based on the values from the CGI form?
Thanks

More info needed.
What version of TeamSite (including SPs)
How much help do you really need? Is pointing you at a CLT sufficient? Is pointing you at one or two Perl modules sufficient? Or do you need help writing the CGI as well?
I believe TeamSite 5.5.2 SP3 has a CLT for invoking workflows from the command line, which you could utilize from within your CGI.
Alternatively, you can try to use the TeamSite::WFsystem and Teamsite::WFtemplate - it's not really 100% supported for end-customer use, but it can be made to work (though I believe it works better from externaltask scripts than from cgitask scripts - something to do with who owns the process and possibly some other things)

Thanks for your reply.
The environment is as follows:
TS5.5.2 (SP2) on Saloris
The reason a CGI is needed is because the wf needs a number before to spawn tasks (concurrent).
Thanks

Are you talking about a CGI to determine how many tasks a workflow should generate - or a cgitask script *within* a workflow to determine how may tasks to spawn?
In the former case - you could simply use TAG_info() fields and prompt for the information during workflow instantiation.
In the latter case - you would probably need to spawn a nested workflow from which you could obtain the information from a job variable in the parent workflow (set by the cgitask script).
