Reverse deployment from Windows failing sometimes
fiquebem
We have OD 5.6 on the UNIX client (Base server) and Windows (Receiver) server sides.
We're trying to copy an Apache Web server log file from Windows to UNIX, via a "reverse" deployment.
Every now and then, we see what's shown below in the server log file.
We tried svrTryCount to no avail (this is a _reverse_ deployment, after all).
The reverse deployment succeeds at least sometimes (probably more than 50% of the time).
Any suggestions, besides calling OD in a loop a few times, after a certain interval?
Thanks,
S.

Is the web server log file open when you are trying to reverse deploy it? It's generally not a good idea to deploy files that are being written to.
