New Data Record window hangs

When selecting File->New Data Record Window the popup appears and is just blank while requesting tmplChooserServlet until it times out....

Is this a problem with the Servlet engine? JDK? Tomcat? Templating? I'm at a loss...

servletd_err.log tells me: Exception: null
java.lang.reflect.InvocationTargetException: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: predVersion
Other logs seem fine..

I've got TS 5.5.2 (SP5), with templating 5.5.2 (SP5, although there was an error while installing SP5) on Win 2k server (SP4)

Did this start happening after you introduced a new category or data type? If so, Have you checked your templating.cfg file?

Turns out Templating 5.5.2, Service Pack 5 had not installed properly..
