tt_data WF not launching for author
neski
I'd like to limit the launch of a WF on DCR close to some authors. This is my available_templates.cfg
<template_file name="Pcr" active="yes" path="wfb/pcr_test.wft">
<command_list>
<command include="yes" value="new_job">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="submit">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="tt_data">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="tt_deletedcr">
</command>
</command_list>
<role_list>
<role allusers="yes" include="yes" value="admin">
</role>
<role include="yes" value="author" >
</role>
<role allusers="yes" include="yes" value="master">
</role>
<role include="yes" value="editor">
</role>
</role_list>
<user_list>
<user include="yes" value="INTERWOVEN/author2">
</user>
<user include="yes" value="INTERWOVEN/author1">
</user>
</user_list>
<branch_list>
<branch include="yes" value="all">
</branch>
</branch_list>
</template_file>
But it doesn´t work. In fact, it doesn´t even enter the available_templates.ipl script, so I cannot debug.
But the strange thing is that if I allow the WF to all authors it does launch the WF (but i doesn´t filter the users). This is the code that works:
<template_file name="Pcr" active="yes" path="wfb/pcr_test.wft">
<command_list>
<command include="yes" value="new_job">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="submit">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="tt_data">
</command>
<command include="yes" value="tt_deletedcr">
</command>
</command_list>
<role_list>
<role allusers="yes" include="yes" value="admin">
</role>
<role include="yes" value="author" allusers="yes">
</role>
<role allusers="yes" include="yes" value="master">
</role>
<role include="yes" value="editor">
</role>
</role_list>
<user_list>
<user include="yes" value="INTERWOVEN/author2">
</user>
<user include="yes" value="INTERWOVEN/author1">
</user>
</user_list>
<branch_list>
<branch include="yes" value="all">
</branch>
</branch_list>
</template_file>
Thanks

You might try a backslash after the Window's domain specification, ex. "INTERWOVEN\author1". That is the standard notation.
In some versions of TeamSite, Templating does not use the available_templates.ipl script.
