How to submit and/or deploy a deleted file

To submit a file you select it and click submit. the submitjob is started and...bingo. the file is in STAGING

But how do I submit a deleted file?
How does STAGING "know" that the file was deleted?
How can I deploy it to my server(So the file can be deleted on the server too)?

If the file was previously submittted, then view modified & submit (compare will not allow submit)

If OD is configured to do_deletes then it should delete the file for you. Here is a big gun, don't shoot yourself. :-)

you need to check overwrite option when you are submitting so that staging area is updated
