filelist substitution area compare.. is it fixed?

Hi Guys,

spinning off from smittys post regarding variable substitution and filelist deployments.

I noted the latetest patch for OpenDeploy 5.6 http://support.interwoven.com/kb/kb_show_article2.asp?ArticleID=50619 is supposed to fix the problem.

The problem being you cannot pass an empty variable for filelist deployments thus turning it into an area comparision deployment.

Ive read the bug fix list but am unsure how it is supposed to work.

so far i have tried to pass in

"filelist="
"filelist=\"\""
"filelist=nul"
"filelist=null"
"filelist=undef"
and no parameter at all.

Can someone clarify how this fix has been implemented because I have so far been unable to use it.

Well im pretty sure that there have been no changes to open deploy, but my test this morning worked!

Im still trying to find out what it was that I goofed up... all good now though!
