What do you need to configure in SCE? There are user preferences, which you can set to determine which buttons are displayed per user. It's not clear what you want to configure. Could you provide more information, along with the version information, e.g. what release of TS you are using.

Thanks Lissa,
I need to have the Task option available to all .shtml file(this file is created through submit workflow).
What happens is that, the task option shows up sometimes and doesn't show up other times.
For example, if the the user is logged in to TeamSite prior to viewing the .shtml file, the task option will not appear on SCE, otherwise it does. I want it to be there all the time to be consistent.
we are using TS 5.5.2
