add iteration to top?

By default when someone adds (via the plus symbol on a template) an iteration the new iteration shows up below the original. Is there a way to change this setting so that new iterations show up as 1 as opposed to 2? Globally and on a template by template basis?

I don't believe so, but you can move the instance of the replicant up (or down) after it's been created.
