How to customize "task"-lists

in the todo list you can see two list for each job.
can i customize them? edit or delete some entries?

Can you elaborate a bit more on what you're trying to do.
I think the answer is "no" - but it's difficult to say that with any degree of authority given the description of your objective at this point.

In the list of the wf-jobs (When you click on "todo").
You have to listboxes for each job. One on the right ("task options") and one on the left ("job options").

Can I customize the entries of these lists?
Enable/disable entries? Show other texts?

The Task Options menu list is customizable only in regards to (a) custom menu items associated with the File menu and (b) successorset descriptions for the transitions from the current task to another task. Beyond that, I don't believe there is any way to customize the menus associated with the To Do List.
