I get following error during installation of TS6.0L version on Sol 9:

Sandeep,

TS 6 is not designed to run on Solaris 9 (yet), so that's probably while you're having problems.

Here's what the TS 6 Install Guide has to say:

Software Requirements
Operating system—Sun Solaris 32- or 64-bit System 7 or System 8 with all required patches for JDK 1.4. Check http://sunsolve.sun.com for the relevant patch clusters for the various Solaris versions.
