diff deployment to same host failed?

I have two different deployments to the same target host happen to get invoked by different users at the same time. Only one of the deployment get deployed successfully. The other one contains following errors in the log file:

client: Hostname(cktsite)
ERROR: Connection failed: Could not find matching OpenDeploy client for (cktsite).
...
==================

By invoking again the failed deployment , it get deployed successfully.

May I know if this is an know issue that only one deployment can get invoked at any given time?

Not sure what the problem is - but it would probably help if you included information about the version of OpenDeploy (including service packs and patches) that you are running on the sending side and the receiving side - as well as the platform (OS, version, etc) about the machines being used for the sending and receiving sides.

The answers for OpenDeploy 4.5.2 on Windows could be very different than those for OpenDeploy 5.6 SP1 on Solaris ...

We are using OpenDeploy 5.5.1 SP2 for Windows as the source host that is resided on the same machine as our TeamSite 5.5.2 server. Our receivers are Linux machines that have OpenDeploy 5.5.1 receiver installed.
