Cant move content from Code branch to Integration

Greetings,

Over the weekend I tried to use our workflow to move some updated jsp pages from the code branch to the integration area. On the "To Do" list, the job never goes away and the updated pages never get moved to staging. When looking at iwtrace.log, the last entry is "Unable to initialize arena: Arena is not active".

Any ideas of where to look?

Looks like your workflow has an externaltask which is getting stuck, i.e. not transitioning successfully to the next task. Its hard to say more without looking at your workflow and understanding more about your environment.

There is a wonderful tutorial written by fish on workflow which includes a section on how to debug externaltasks. Try searching the support site for "Workflow tutorial".
