Hello All,

We are running TeamSite 5.5.2 SP4. Each time after we reboot the server, we have to wait for 15 mins before all users can start working. It looks like the security take time to get applied.

Before 15 mins have passed we get error that user does not have right to modify the files as he doesn't have enough permission on the workarea, but in fact he has full permission.

Is this a known issue.

We never reboot TS outside of scheduled outages
