Changing TeamSite server name and IP address

We are planning to change the TeamSite server name and IP address. We have TeamSite5.5.2, TeamSite Templating 5.5.2, OpenDeploy5.6 admin server and OpenDeploy5.6 base server on the same machine. What are all the files, do we need to change?

System: TeamSite 5.5.2 running on a Solaris 8.
