Parallel Deployment - OpenDeploy Fails

Hi,

I am trying to open deploy the files to the webserver, using the same XML config file, while a deployment is already running. For some of the files i got the error.
Status : Failed
Reason from server: DEPLOYMENT_NOT_QUEUED
Details : - There is already a deployment 'oddd_delta_cscw40' running. Request to start it now cannot be done. Request Rejected.

The open deply is failing for some files even after i enable the queueing of deplyments using the attribute in my config file ...

Suppose, i start the deployment for 10 files one after the other, the deployment fails for say 2 files, and for the rest of the files it says [Reason from server: DEPLOYMENT_QUEUED]

Please clarify.

Pen session is a very simple queuing device for holding the most recently submitted like-named deployment until the one that's already running finishes. It is usually only appropriate to use this feature for comparison deployments so that all files intended to get deployed do get deployed.

If the files being deployed each time don't collide (as in unique file lists), you can consider using the -inst flag to run multiple instances of the same deployment at the same time.
