In TSsp2b the servletd port (default 8080) is not checked at installation, so if the TS servlet engine is running on a user defined port (in our case 9080) the sp install puts it back to the defualt and if there are other services running on 8080, the server fails to restart after installation of the service pack.

I've seen tech notes and reported this myself months ago.
