I have users who are replying to the worksite generated e-mails. I'd like to include some text like;

Where do I start? I found baseschema.dld and it looks promising... ?

If want to completely change the format.
- Go to the cms/server/config/objectmodels/baseschema.dld.
- Find the "BASE::MDA_LOCALE_STRING" section.
- Modify the text in <column name="MESSAGE">you text</column>.

Please note that this doesn't work for Workflow notifications.
