Preview - with no toolbars

Dear all,
Does anyone have an idea if (and if so how) it is possible to suppress IE6.0's toolbars when a preview is first started?
I'm aware that users can then press CTRL-N after the preview window has opened to get a new duplicate window with all the toolbars.....
As an additional question, would it be possible to start the templating window with no toolbars as well?
