How to Roll back From Editionxxx to WA. Is there any CLT there to roll back.

Dear Guptha,

There are no standard CLT to do an Edition Rollback, but here are some few steps that can do the required...

Create a workarea called "StagingSaved" that will contain the latest STAGING. This is a fail-safe step to ensure you have the latest files from STAGING before rollback.
Create a new temporary workarea called "Rollback" (or select a more descriptive name based on the edition) from the edition that you desire to rollback to.
Force update the STAGING area from the "Rollback" workarea
Delete temporary workarea "Rollback"
Publish a new edition if necessary
To create a script to automate the rollback process, you need to use these command line tools:

iwmkwa [BRANCH] [SavedStaging] [Comment] INITIAL
iwmkwa [BRANCH] [RollbackWorkarea] [Comment] [EditionToRollbackTo]
iwsubmit -w -c [submit comment] -i [info comment] [Vpath of Rollback workarea] [individual comment]
iwrmwa [BRANCH] [RollbackWorkarea]
iwpublish [VPATH] [WORKAREA] [Edition] [Comment]
