List Locks not Functioning

Hello:
We are having an issue with the 'List Locks' drop-down option. When viewing a branch for locks, the system shows a message that no files are locked. However going in to the file system we view many locked files. We are running 5.5.2 & service pack 4.

Hi Christine,

Welcome to devnet -- if you want your Calvin and Hobbes picture to appear on your post (instead of as an attachment) then go to the Control Panel link and click on Edit for "Personal information, email, password, etc. " The field you are after is "Your Picture".

What is the output of `$iw-home/bin/iwlistlocks /default/main/BRANCH_YOU_ARE_INTERESTED_IN` ?

If nothing is returned, then you don't have any TeamSite locks in place on that branch.

We had this same problem. We had some errors in our backing store. We corrected it and now the list locks command is working.
