How to do generate using CS2.0?

How do I generate the presentation file is it is a DCR using CS2.0? In fact, I cannot even find any way to tell if a file is a templated or not, nor the DCR path of the generated file. Is it doable?

I talked to the support and the answer is that CS2.0 doesn't support generate.
