CS2.0 createWorkflow()

Does anyone know how to create a new workflows using CS2.0 via SOAP? I am using .Net.

This is what I have:

CSWorkflowData wfd = wf.createWorkflow (csLogin.context, jobxml);

and I am getting this error:

The request failed with HTTP status 404: .

I've used it, and it works. Try saving the XML to a file before calling the createWorkflow() method. Run iwjobc on the XML. If iwjobc accepts it, .NET should take it. If iwjobc doesnt take it, it's not valid workflow XML
