teamsite552 connector installation on solaris8

dears,

i've spent two days trying to install the teamsite mediabin connector on my ts552 solaris box.
in the word document, it's written that the unzip process creates a folder \httpd\webapps\webdesk\WEB-INF\lib
it's actually the case, but i had to move all the unzipped files on my solaris box.
and ... i did not tried on teamsite/w2k but ... on solaris, the jar files :

US_export_policy.jar
local_policy.jar
jce1_2_2.jar
sunjce_provider.jce

have to be put in the ../../iw-home/tools/java1.3/jre/lib/ext
if not, the following error will occur when trying to encode the passwords (and even if you passby this (it's possible ...) you'll never be able to run the webservices) :
